1. Scope

This standard applies to the coordination of the inner tube claims settlement relationship between the company's product manufacturing, sales, and use.

3. Claim standard

3.1 The scope of claims:

The inner tube in the following situations can be claimed based on the purchase certificate

A) There are impurities in the tube body of the new tire, air leakage from the trachoma, and air valve leakage

B) The joint is disconnected under normal use, the tube body is discounted or the thickness is uneven.

C) Normally use the valve pad and the inner tube to disengage

D) Under vulcanization

E) After the user purchases, it is found that the manufacturer has missed the inspection at the factory and has not been used before

F) The tube body swells and loses its elasticity under normal use

G) Normal use of batch blasting

3.2 Scope of no claims

A) From the date of sale, no claims will be made for more than one year

B) No compensation for damage caused by improper assembly or use

C) No claims for non-qualified products

D) No claims will be made if the user has repaired it

E) No claims will be made for forged quality defects, logos, and production numbers

F) Mixed or mixed with oils, flammable products, and chemically corrosive products, resulting in aging, no claims will be made

G) Long-term storage in the open air, direct sunlight, rain, and aging will not be compensated

H) The inner tube valve will not be compensated for its bending deformation caused by external force

4. Dealing with problematic products after claim settlement

For the inner tube recovered after the claim, the valve is cut off, and the tube body is cut to prevent secondary claims

5. If there is a problem other than the above-mentioned claims settlement method, both parties shall negotiate and solve it.
